Reservations

Hotel accommodation can be reserved at Vineyard Hotel & Spa through the intermediary of Turners Conferences who have secured preferred rates for participants. Hotel accommodation rates quoted on the booking form are in South African Rands and are per room and per night, breakfast and service taxes included. The hotel category should be indicated on the booking form.

Confirmation of Hotel Reservation

All reservations will be confirmed to you in writing with the name of the hotel, the type of accommodation booked, the arrival and departure dates, the rate, and the deposit required.

Payments

An invoice and request for payment will be emailed to once booking/s have been processed. Full payment is required to secure the hotel booking. A 50% deposit is required when processing your request, remaining 50% deposit required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Payments may be paid either by bank transfer or by MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Diners Club credit card. Full details appear on the booking form.

For all group bookings (10 rooms or more), 50% deposit to be paid within 14 days of first invoice, the outstanding 50% deposit to be settled thirty days prior to the start of the Congress.

Changes and Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted to Turners Conferences in writing. You may cancel your reservation up to 04th August 2020 with a full refund of your deposit paid less an administration fee of ZAR230.

Reservations cancelled after 04th August 2020 will attract the following cancellation penalties:

1. 59 – 31 Days – 50% Cancellation fees apply
2. 30 – 0 Days – 100% Cancellation fees apply

An amendment fee of ZAR230.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations after 28th September 2020.

Should you reduce the length of your stay upon arrival at the hotel, the hotel will charge cancellation fees for the nights that you will no longer be using.

Hotel Rates

The following hotels have been especially reserved for the congress and preferential rates have been negotiated.

• Single Room: King or Queen bed in room with one occupant
• Double room: King or Queen bed in room with two occupants sharing
• Twin room: Two twin beds or two standard double beds in room with two occupants sharing
